A DIFFERENT KIND OF TRAINING PLAN
LEAP (Learn Everything At-home Program) is a faster-track cooperative training program that combines the best parts of a board-and-train program with the personal attention of private lessons - without removing your dog from home.
This 3 week program includes 3 sessions with the dog and 1 private lesson with the owner each week.
Foundations for a family companion
8-10 on-leash obedience commands
House manners & nuisance behaviors
TRAINING THE DOG | 3 VISITS/WEEK
These are focused sessions in the hands of a professional. Each week, your dog will learn new information and build upon the previous week.
The trainers goal is to introduce new material, refine existing commands, and work with efficiency and precision to meet your goals. Your dog will receive personalized training attention and planning.
Approximately 1 hour per visit
3 sessions per week, 8am - 3pm
Daily progress report text
TRAINING THE HUMAN | 1 VISIT/WEEK
At the end of the week, the family and trainer meet so that the week's work is relayed in detail. The owners will get to see the dog in action, ask questions, and receive hands-on instruction on their homework for the next week.
Approximately 1 hour per week
Friday 8am - 5pm (scheduled)
*LEAP is NOT designed to address potty training, anxiety, aggression, socialization, inter-pack issues, or resource guarding. Those topics are best managed in private lessons with the family.
